Henewaa Twene

Co-Founder and Project Manager

Henewaa Twene is a youth worker by profession, with a passion of helping young people and the needy in society. After a diploma in health and social care, Henewaa graduated from the University of East London with a bachelor’s degree in youth and community work, working with Lewisham and Bromley youth service upon graduation. With her experience in both field and centre-based work, she is highly equipped in project planning, delivering workshops, and supervising workshops with young offenders. Henewaa has also worked in partnership with Urban Youth Flex to facilitate learning for young people.

Charlene Clotworthy

Co-Founder and Tutor

Charlene Clotworthy is a qualified early years practitioner and youth worker. Charlene ran the Brighter Future project which featured in south London press, serving the needs of the community with the support of the young people from the club where she worked. Charlene is currently a children centre manager and qualified Teacher/Assessor with QTLS status, including a track record of enhancing the quality of life and serving the needs of both children and young people. She is equipped with the skills to apply a variety of teaching resources to stimulate learners to explore the theoretical and practical aspects of different programmes, as well as a strong working knowledge of early years education. She is capable of delivering curriculum, facilitating all learners, and Charlene is passionate about providing children and young people with the skills to enhance their social and personal lives.

Nana Asante

Board Member

Nana Asante is a bachelor's degree holder in Marketing & Advertising/P.R. Currently working with Apostolic Faith Mission International Gilgal, UK Ministry, where he heads the youth and young adult’s department. He has an unrepentant passion for young people especially the under-privileged, due to his experiences in the streets of south London and therefore passionately believes that young people should be given every opportunity not only to succeed, but to fulfil their divine purpose in life.
